When contacting us, please include:
- The product name and code, or a clear photograph of the label.
- Your substrate: MDF, solid timber, veneer or an existing coating.
- Interior or exterior use, required colour and sheen.
- Your application method and any issue you are experiencing.
For a complete system, include the primer, topcoat, hardener and thinner codes. Confirm compatibility and application instructions against the relevant technical documentation before use.
